Paper Plane

Ingredients

  • 1oz - Bourbon Whiskey
  • 1oz - Aperol
  • 1oz - Lemon Juice
  • 1oz - Nonino Amaro
  • Garnish: Paper Plane or Lemon Peel
  • Glassware: Coupe

Preparation

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a shaker tin without ice.
  2. Add ice and shake for 8 seconds.
  3. Double strain cocktail into glass over no ice.
  4. Express the lemon peel oils over the glass.
  5. Garnish and enjoy!
