Negroni

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. London Dry Gin
  • 1 oz. Campari
  • 1 oz. Sweet Red Vermouth

Preparation

  1. Add ice to a mixing glass.
  2. Pour in the London dry gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth.
  3. Stir gently to combine.
  4. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
  5. Garnish with an orange peel.
