Mezcal Sunset

Ingredients

  • 1.5 Mezcal San Cosme
  • 20 ml Lemon Juice
  • .5 oz Triple Sec
  • 2 oz passion fruit pulp

Preparation

  1. Pour all ingredients in a shaker, fill with ice, shake firmly.
  2. Serve the drink in a cold frozen coupette glass.
  3. Garnish with some orange peel.
