Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Sotol Blanco
  • 1 oz. Hibiscus Syrup
  • ¾ oz. Fresh Lime Juice
  • Lemon Peel (for garnish)
  • Hibiscus Salt
  • Ice Cubes

Preparation

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add the Sotol, hibiscus syrup, and fresh lime juice to the shaker, shake well until chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture into a coupe glass.
  4. Garnish with a lemon twist on the rim of the glass.
