Invierno Sour
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Casa Azul Organic Tequila Añejo
- 0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz Cranberry Juice
- 0.25 oz Cinnamon Syrup
- 0.75 oz Egg White
- 1 pinch Salt
Preparation
- Dry shake all ingredients until egg is emulsified (~30 sec).
- Add ice and shake again.
- Fine strain into rocks glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with grated cinnamon.
