Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Blood Monkey Gin
  • .75 oz Giffard Rhubarb Liqueur
  • .5 oz Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao
  • 1.5 oz ruby red grapefruit juice
  • 2 dashes Scrappy’s Cardamom Bitters
  • 1 pinch of pink Himalayan sea salt
  • 1 slice of ruby red grapefruit – garnish
  • 1 slice of cucumber -garnish

Preparation

  1. Combine liquid ingredients and sea salt in a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake and strain over pebble ice in a large rocks glass.
  3. Top with more pebble ice.
  4. Garnish with ruby red grapefruit slice and cucumber slice.
