Hugo Spritz
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz - Elderflower Liqueur
- 3.5 oz - Prosecco
- 1 oz - Club Soda
- 8-10 Sprigs - Mint
- Garnish: Lime Wheel and Mint Sprig
- Glassware: Wine
Preparation
- Add elderflower liqueur and mint to the glass.
- Fill with ice, pour in club soda and prosecco.
- Stir gently with a bar spoon to combine.
- Garnish and enjoy!
