Hot for Summer

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. Rhum Barbancourt
  • 3-4 Jalapeño Slices
  • 1 oz. Lemon Juice
  • ½ oz. Strawberry Syrup
  • ½ oz. Kiwi Syrup
  • Top with Champagne

Preparation

  1. Muddle jalapeño, add all ingredients, shake, and strain over fresh ice in Collins glass garnish with mint sprig.
