Hemingway Daiquiri

Ingredients

  • 2 oz - White Rum
  • .75 oz - Lime Juice
  • .75 oz - Grapefruit Juice
  • .5 oz - Maraschino Liqueur
  • Garnish: Grapefruit Peel
  • Glassware: Coupe

Preparation

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a shaker tin without ice.
  2. Add ice and shake for 8 seconds.
  3. Double strain cocktail into glass over no ice.
  4. Express grapefruit oils over the glass.
  5. Garnish and enjoy!
