Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir until chilled.

- 750ml of 1800 Cristalino
- 1kg of peeled green mango

- Combine 750ml of 1800 Cristalino with 1kg of peeled green mango cut into small pieces.
- Infuse overnight, then strain and bottle.

- 500ml champagne vinegar
- 150g of ripe mangos
