Golden Hour Over Jalisco

Ingredients
- ½ oz. Lemon Juice
- ½ oz. Pineapple Juice
- ½ oz. Aperol
- ¾ oz. Coriander Syrup*
- 1 oz. Carrot Juice
- 1 ½ oz. El Mayor Reposado
Preparation
- The cocktail: combine all ingredients into a shaker tin and shake vigorously.
- Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with grated nutmeg.
- Serve.
*Coriander syrup
Ingredients
- 1 part toasted coriander
- 2 parts sugar
- 2 parts water
Preparation
- Toast coriander in a pan, then add sugar and water.
- Allow sugar to dissolve without boiling. Remove from heat.
- Allow coriander to steep in syrup until room temperature, strain.
