Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Ghost Tequila
  • 1 slice Red Bell Pepper, chopped
  • 4-5 Cilantro Leaves
  • .75 oz. Lime Juice
  • .75 oz. Agave Syrup

Preparation

  1. In a shaker, muddle the red bell pepper and cilantro.
  2. Measure and pour the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Fill shaker with ice and cap. Shake vigorously.
  4. Double strain mix over fresh ice into a rock glass.
  5. Garnish with a red bell pepper slice, lime wheel, cilantro sprig, and enjoy.
