Preparation
- Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Dry shake to activate foam, then add ice to shake and dilute the cocktail.
- Double strain into Nick & Nora.
- Float thin layer of wine.
- Slice dehydrated fig in half and place on the side rim of the glass.
- The watermelon shrub is from Rhoot Man in Savannah, GA, and the fig jam was locally sourced.
