Figueroa Street Highball

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. Las Californias Nativo
  • ½ oz. St George Spiced Pear Liqueur
  • ½ oz. Lime
  • 1 tablespoon of Fig Jam
  • 3 dashes Orange Bitters
  • Topo Chico, to top

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients in a tin except the Topo Chico.
  2. Shake vigorously and strain in high ball glass, add ice, and top with Topo Chico.
  3. Garnish with speared figs.
