El Beso

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Cruzan Strawberry Rum
  • 1 ½ oz. Passoã Passion Fruit Liqueur
  • ½ oz. Passion Fruit Purée
  • 2 fresh Strawberries, diced
  • 5 fresh Mint Leaves
  • Soda Water, to top
  • Garnish: Strawberry on the rim

Preparation

  1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine Cruzan Strawberry Rum, Passoã Passion Fruit Liqueur and passion fruit purée.
  2. Shake well and pour into a 26-ounce hurricane glass over fresh ice.
  3. Add diced strawberries and fresh mint leaves.
  4. Top with soda water and garnish with a strawberry on the rim.
