Preparation
- Crack egg and extract egg white only.
- Dry shake or use an emulsifier to whip egg.
- Put lemon juice and simple syrup in.
- Then bitters and finally Edmond's Honor Bourbon.
- Stir for at least 20 seconds (rocks or old fashioned glass).
- Grate cinnamon over drink and slowly pour red wine on top of finished cocktail.
