Dragon Fruit Collins
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups Ice
- 1 ½ oz Gin
- 1 oz DaVinci Gourmet® Dragon Fruit Syrup
- 3 oz Island Oasis® Strawberry Beverage Mix
- 2 oz Lemon juice
- Mint, for garnish
- Dragon fruit or strawberry slice, for garnish
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake and pour into a Collins or highball glass (dirty pour).
- Garnish with mint and fruit slice & enjoy!
