Double Down

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz Dewars 12-year-old
  • 3/4 oz Kumquat-Calamansi Cordial
  • 1/4 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 oz Ginger Liqueur
  • 1/4 oz Benedictine
  • BSP Amaretto

Preparation

  1. 3 sprays of torched absinthe.
  2. Lemon twist and thyme for garnish.
