Dark and Stormy
Ingredients
- 2 oz - Dark Rum
- .5 oz - Lime Juice
- Topped - Ginger Beer
- Garnish: Lime Wheel, Mint, or Ginger Candy
- Glassware: Collins or Highball
Preparation
- Add the lime juice to the glass.
- Fill with ice and pour in ginger beer, stir gently with a bar spoon to combine.
- Float the rum on top to leave a layer.
- Garnish and enjoy.
