Cutty Old Fashioned
Ingredients
- 2 oz Cutty Sark 12YO
- 2 dashes of bitter
- 1 sugar cube
- ½ oz sparkling water
- Orange zest
Preparation
- Pour bitter on sugar in a rocks glass, add sparkling water and stir until the sugar is nearly dissolved.
- Fill the glass with large ice cubes and add Cutty Sark Whisky.
- Express the orange zest over the glass, then drop in.
