Brown Butter Whiskey Sour

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz. Brown Butter Bourbon*
- 1 Egg White
- 2 1/2 oz. of Sour Mix
Preparation
- Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake vigorously.
Brown Butter Bourbon*
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb of Salted Butter
- 14 oz. Four Roses Bourbon
Preparation
- Add butter to a sauté pan and brown.
- Pour the browned butter into a container, and add the Four Roses Bourbon.
- Let the butter and bourbon sit in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
- Pull out of the refrigerator, and put into the freezer for 30 minutes.
- Remove from the freezer, and scoop out butter fat from the top of the container.
- Strain the bourbon through cheese cloth into a clean container twice, then it is ready to be served.
