Ingredients

  • 1½ oz fino sherry
  • 1½ oz sweet vermouth
  • 2 dashes orange bitters (optional)

Preparation

  1. Add fino sherry and vermouth to mixing glass filled with ice and stir until well-chilled.
  2. Strain into a coupe glass.
  3. Garnish with orange peel.
