12 Year Old Blue Mountain Reserve

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Appleton Estate 12 Year Old Rare Casks
  • 12 coffee beans
  • 3-4 whole coffee beans for garnish

Preparation

  1. Lightly muddle coffee beans (crack beans only; do not grind).
  2. Stir muddled beans with rum over ice.
  3. Strain rum into double old fashioned glass over one large ice cube.
  4. Garnish with whole beans.
