Ingredients:

  • 1 oz. Rhum Barbancourt 3 Star, Aged 4 Years
  • 1 oz. coffee liqueur
  • coffee

Preparation: Pour Rhum Barbancourt 3 Star, coffee liqueur and sugar into a mug. Fill with coffee and stir gently. Top with a bit of whipped cream or add sugar if you would like it a bit sweeter.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. Kraken® Black Roast Coffee Rum
  • Shot of Espresso
  • 1 oz. Sweet Vermouth

Preparation: Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin. Add ice and shake for 10 seconds. Double strain the cocktail into a glass.

  • 2 oz. Tanteo Chipotle Tequila
  • 5 oz. Freshly Brewed Coffee
  • 1/2 teaspoon Granulated White Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Brown Sugar
  • Whipped cream for topping

Preparation: Add fresh coffee to glass, stir in white and brown sugar until dissolved. Add Tanteo Chipotle Tequila and stir. Top with whipped cream.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. Proper No. Twelve Irish Whiskey
  • 4 oz. hot coffee
  • 3/4 oz. simple syrup
  • 2-3 oz. heavy cream

Preparation: In a shaker or jar, shake or whip heavy cream until slightly thickened (not completely stiff). In a mug, add Proper No. Twelve Whiskey, hot coffee, and simple syrup. Stir. Carefully layer on top the thickened heavy cream until it covers the drink. Optional grating of nutmeg on top.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. Cutwater Horchata Vodka
  • 1/4 oz. Crème de Cacao
  • 1/4 oz. cinnamon syrup
  • 4 oz. cold brew coffee

Preparation: Combine all ingredients into a pint glass. Add crushed ice and swizzle until frosty on the outside of the glass. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and dust with chocolate.

  • 1 1/2 oz. Crystal Head Vodka
  • 1/2 oz. premium coffee liqueur
  • 1 freshly brewed espresso shot
  • Chocolate shaving or coffee beans

Preparation: Pour Crystal Head, coffee liqueur and espresso into a shaker filled with ice.  Shake vigorously to create froth then strain into a martini glass. Garnish: Chocolate shavings or finely crushed coffee beans.
