Tamarindo Lindo

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. Sotol Blanco
  • 1 oz. Tamarind Syrup
  • ½ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Soda Water
  • Tajín
  • Ice Cubes
  • Lemon Wedge (for garnish)

Preparation

  1. Fill a shaker with ice and combine all the ingredients.
  2. Shake well for about 10-15 seconds.
  3. Strain the mixture into an old-fashioned glass that has been rimmed with Tajín.
  4. Add ice to the glass, followed by a splash of soda water.
  5. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
