The Force Is With These 8 Star Wars-Inspired Cocktails

It’s been 10 long years since our last trip to a galaxy far, far away, but finally, the latest installment of the “Star Wars” saga is here!

Mixologists have been busy coming up with their own “Star Wars”-inspired cocktails to help us celebrate the long-awaited comeback. So get ready to declare your allegiance to the Light or the Dark Sides of the Force on Friday, December 18th with these “Star Wars”-inspired cocktails! Cheers and…May the Force be with you!

Old Fashioned Phasma

Ingredients:

• 3 oz. Usquaebach Reserve Scotch Whisky
• 1 oz. Almond Orgeat
• 3 dashes Orange Bitters
• Orange Peel
• Grated Cinnamon Stick

Preparation: Stir all ingredients. Strain. Serve over rocks, garnish with the orange peel and grated cinnamon.

Planet Hoth Toddy

Ingredients:

• 2 parts Bacardi Gran Reserva Maestro de Ron
• 3/4 part Lime Juice
• 1/2 part Simple Syrup
• 1/4 part Maraschino Liqueur
• 1 Egg White
• Nutmeg (for Garnish)

Preparation: Shake all ingredients vigorously in a shaker with plenty ice. Double strain into a coupe glass and garnish with nutmeg.

The BB-8 Bellini

Ingredients:

• 4 oz. Chilled Prosecco DOC
• 1 oz. Blood Orange Juice
• 1 oz. White Peach Puree

Preparation: Pour the blood orange and white peach puree into a chilled flute and top with Prosecco DOC.

Kylo Ren-tini

Ingredients:

• 1 oz. Amaro Lucano
• 2 oz. Red Wine
• .8 oz. Tonic Water
• 1/2 oz. Sugar Syrup

Preparation: Mix the drink directly in the martini glass and serve with a slice of lemon and orange, a sprig of mint, fruits of the forest and ice.

The First Order Stormtrooper

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 oz. G’Vine Florasion Gin
• Fever-Tree Tonic Water (to Top)

Preparation: Fill a large glass with ice. Pour G’Vine and top with tonic water.

Finn Shooter

Ingredients:

• 1/2 oz. Black Bottle Blended Scotch Whisky
• 1/2 oz. White Sambuca

Preparation: Mix all ingredients together and pour into a shot glass.

Jedi Mind Trick

Ingredients:

• 1/2 oz. Dry Vermouth
• 1 1/2 oz. The London No.1 Gin
• Lemon Twist

Preparation: Stir wet ingredients in stirring glass or Boston shaker. Double-strain into Martini glass. Garnish with lemon twist.

Rey-tini

Ingredients:

• 2 oz. Partida Anejo
• 3/4 oz. Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
• 1/2 oz. Agave Nectar
• 1 oz. Champagne

Preparation: Build all ingredients except the champagne add ice shake and strain into a martini glass. Top with one ounce of champagne and garnish with a long lime twist.
