Showdown
Ingredients:
• 1 1/2 oz. The Sexton Irish Whiskey
• 1/2 oz. cane syrup
• 1/2 oz. pineapple juice
• 1/2 oz. lime juice
• 2 dashes cardamom bitters
Preparation: Combine ingredients and shake. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice and garnish with a pineapple wedge.
