Ingredients:
• 1 oz. gin
• 1 oz. Midori
• 3/4 oz. lime juice
• 3/4 oz. Aquafaba
• 1/2 oz. lime Oleo-Saccharum
Preparation: Combine all ingredients into a tin with ice and shake. Strain into a chilled Coupe glass.
