Ingredients

• 1 ½ oz. 1800 Cristalino
• 1 ½ oz. Fino Sherry
• ¾ oz. Pear Brandy
• Pinch of Salt
• Orange Twist and Sage Leaf (for garnish)

Preparation

1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass and stir with ice.
2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with an orange twist and a sage leaf.
