Who’s Your Paddy
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz. Jameson
- 3/4 oz. Fresh Lemon
- 3/4 oz. Simple Syrup
- 1/4 oz. Cherry Heering
- 1/4 oz. Bittermans New Orleans Coffee Liqueur
- 1 dash Absinthe
Preparation: Combine ingredients with ice and shake, strain over fresh ice in rocks glass. Garnish with cherry wrapped in lemon swath.
