To celebrate the highly anticipated season of Game of Thrones, District Kitchen + Cocktails is serving up a fiery cocktail that insinuates an uprising from one of our favorite female characters.

Will Cersei hold the Iron Throne or will the Mother of Dragons take back Westeros? Find out while sipping on this fire and ice creation made with Solerno, Aperol, Campari, Hellfire bitters, blood orange bitters, muddled strawberry served in a rocks glass with crushed ice and Topo Chico.

The Queen’s Justice

Ingredients:

• 1 oz. Solerno
• 1/2 oz. Campari
• 1/2 oz. Aperol
• 1/2 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
• 1 Fresh Strawberry
• 5 drops of Hellfire Bitters
• 1 bar spoon of Blood Orange Bitters

Preparation: In a shaker muddle the fresh strawberry and lemon juice. Add the Solerno, Campari, Aperol, blood orange bitters and ice. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Fill a snifter glass half way with crushed ice. Strain the ingredients from the shaker into the snifter glass. Top with Topo Chico. Add 5 drops of hellfire bitters. Garnish with a skewered luxardo cherry. Add a bar spoon full of luxardo cherry syrup over the cherry skewer.
