Must Mix: Summer Cider Cocktails
By Chilled Magazine
Austin Eastciders is made with cider apple juice concentrate from Europe, pressed at the source to ensure flavors are well-preserved until they’re ready to become cider, white wine yeast to bring out the sparkly and effervescent qualities, and real ingredients like Texas honey, real hop flowers, pineapple juice and blood orange juice.
More like a sparkling white wine than sugary apple juice, Eastciders makes for an ideal base for an assortment of cocktails.
