Must Mix: Shamundrock Cocktail

Mundo, the bi-level restaurant and bar located in the Paper Factory Hotel in Long Island City, has the perfect cocktail to get your Irish on.

The “Shamundrock” is comprised of 2 ounces Stoli Vanilla and 1/2 ounce each of crème de menthe, Frangelico liqueur and heavy cream. For those who are looking to get fancy, add a chocolate syrup shamrock on top.

Ingredients:

• 2 oz. Stoli Vanilla
• 1/2 oz. Creme de Menthe
• 1/2 oz. Frangelico Liqueur
• 1/2 oz. Heavy Cream

Preparation: Mix Soli Vodka, Crème de Menthe, Frangelico Liqueur and Heavy Cream. Shake, pour and enjoy!
