The newly opened restaurant and bar, Picnic Social, located at Field Guide hotel in Stowe, Vermont (just a short walk from Stowe Mountain), has created new cocktails that range from the traditional (Backberry Smash and Spiked Sweet Tea) to the more unusual boozy jello shots, offered in Mojito, Arnold Palmer and Moscow Mule varieties.
Below is the recipe for the Mojito Jello Shot, created by Marie-Pier Hebert, the GM of Field Guide hotel who plays double duty as the brains behind many of Picnic Social’s drinks.
Give them a mix for your next back yard summer party!
