Head in to Carson Kitchen Las Vegas to try these refreshing cocktails, or give them a mix yourself.
Town’s End
The Towns End boasts the smooth flavors of Slow & Low Whiskey, Fernet Vittone Amaro del Sole, Regan’s Bitters #6 and angostura bitters.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz. Slow and Low Whiskey
- 1/2 oz. Fernet Vittone
- 1/2 oz. Amaro del Sol
- 2 dashes of Regan’s Bitters #6
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
Preparation: Combine all ingredients with ice and stir. Pour into rocks glass with a frozen ice ball. Garnish with an orange peel.

Back at it again with the cool cocktails! This namesake drink is carefully crafted with New Amsterdam Vodka, sage, fresh lemon and ginger simple syrup.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz. New Amsterdam Vodka
- 1/2 oz. Art in the Age Sage Liqueur
- 3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz. Sage Ginger Simple Syrup
Preparation: Pour all measured ingredients into a mixing glass. Shake all ingredients vigorously for 20 seconds. Using a Hawthorne Strainer, pour all contents into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a sage leaf.
Get Shorty!
Nothing quite captures the feeling of summer like sipping on that perfect cocktail during a backyard barbecue. The Get Shorty! is a new take on the margarita (with a spicy kick!). This tequila treat is made with El Jimador Tequila, grapefruit, fresh lime and cayenne simple syrup.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz. El Jimador
- 3/4 oz. Grapefruit Juice
- 1/4 oz. Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz. Cayenne/Paprika Simple Syrup
Preparation: Pour all measured ingredients into a mixing glass. Fill mixing glass with ice and shake vigorously then strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Garnish with a sea salt,chili,lime zest half rim and lime wedge on the rim.
#SimonSays Sangria
Summer and sangria go hand-in-hand. The #SimonSays Sangria, named after the late “Rock ‘n’ Roll Chef” Kerry Simon, is fresh and flavorful from the blend of red wine, sparkling wine, cherry puree, and seasonal fruit.
Ingredients:
- 2 bottles Red Wine
- 2 bottles Sparkling Wine
- 12 oz. Torched Cherry Rum
- 12 oz. Triple Sec
- 16 oz. Lemon Juice
- 16 oz. Orange Juice
- 8 oz. Cherry Puree
- 8 oz. Simple Syrup
Preparation: Pour in a pound or so of fresh strawberries, blueberries and blackberries. Let sit for 24 hours. Remove fruit. Pour over ice and top with a healthy splash of lemon-lime soda (Sprite, 7-Up, etc.) and top with a few fresh berries.
