Strawberry Margarita

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Tanteo Jalapeño Tequila
  • 1 oz. Strawberry Syrup
  • 1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
  • 0.5 oz. Light Agave Nectar
  • Prosecco, to top
  • Garnish: Thyme and strawberries

Preparation

  1. Combine ingredients (except Prosecco) in a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Shake well and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
  3. Top with Prosecco.

Blue Curaçao Spritz

Ingredients

  • 3 oz. Prosecco
  • 2 oz. Bols Blue Curaçao
  • 1 oz. Soda Water

Preparation

  1. Pour all ingredients into a glass with ice.
  2. Gently mix to combine.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz. Gin
  • 1 oz. Dry Vermouth
  • 0.5 oz. St. Elder Pamplemousse Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz. Bitter Orange Liqueur

Preparation

  1. Combine ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Stir until well chilled.
  3. Strain into a coupe glass.

Peanut Butter Strawberry Dream

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Ole Smoky White Chocolate Strawberry Cream Moonshine
  • 1 oz. Ole Smoky Peanut Butter Whiskey
  • Garnish: Ole Smoky Moonshine Cherry

Preparation

  1. Combine ingredients over ice.
  2. Mix well and serve.

White Chocolate Lady Rose

Ingredients

  • 1.25 oz. Mozart White Chocolate Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz. Rose Syrup
  • 0.5 oz. Almond Syrup
  • 1.25 oz. Cream
  • Garnish: Rose petals

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add ice to a glass and strain the cocktail into it.
  3. Garnish and serve.

Bee’s Knees Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. 135 East Gin
  • 1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 0.75 oz. Bärenjäger Honey Liqueur
  • Garnish: Lemon twist

Preparation

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add all ingredients.
  3. Shake for 30 seconds and strain into a cocktail glass.

The Sparkling Pear

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Noces Royales Cognac and Pear Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz. Elderflower Liqueur
  • Champagne, to top
  • Garnish: Hibiscus flower and tea

Preparation

  1. Add ice, Noces Royales, and elderflower liqueur to a shaker.
  2. Shake well and strain into a cordial or cocktail glass.
  3. Top with Champagne and garnish.

  • 0.25 oz. Simple Syrup
  • Garnish: Brûléed banana slice/s

Preparation
