
Xolotl's Fizz
Cocktail by WILLIAM SANTIAGO
Ingredients:
2oz Mango Shotta
0.5oz Giffard Orgeat syrup
1oz Lime Juice
1 egg white
Top with soda water
Preparation:
In a shaker tin add 2 oz Mango Shotta, 0.5 oz Giffard Orgeat syrup, 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice and 1 egg white. Toss a strainer coil into the shaker and dry shake for 30 seconds. Add ice to shaker and shake hard until tins are cold. Rim Collins glass with chamoy and tajin and pack with crushed ice. Strain cocktail into glass and add soda water to top. Serve

Ingredients:
1oz Mango Shotta
0.25oz Frangelico
0.5 Lime
Preparation:
Add 1oz Mango Shotta, 0.25 oz Frangelico and 0.5 oz Lime Juice into a shaker. Add ice and shake until chilled. Strain into shot glass and serve.
