
U Mango Me Crazy
Cocktail by Michelle Mimms
Ingredients:
*2 oz. Coconut Fat washed Mango Shotta
*1/4 oz. Yellow Chartreuse
*1/2 oz. Avocado Syrup
*1 1/4 oz. Orange Juice
Preparation:
*Add all ingredients to a shaker, add ice & shake vigorously. Strain over ice in a rocks glass and garnish w a Jalapeño.
**Coconut Fat washed Mango Shotta: 2 oz. Mango Shotta, 1/2 oz. Coconut Oil, put in a sealed container and lighty shake so it can fully combine then put in the freezer so it can solidify (about 2 hrs), once fully separated, poke a hole and remove the hardened coconut oil and strain through a coffee filter to remove any other particles left.
** Avocado Syrup: puree the avocado & add equal grams of the simple syrup (1:1).

I Shotta Been On Vacation

Ingredients:
* 1 oz. Mango Shotta
*1/4 oz. Coconut Cream (Coco Lopez)
*1/2 oz. Pineapple Juice
Preparation:
* Add all ingredients to shaker with 4 ice cubes & give it a quick 3 shake, then strain into a shot glass & enjoy!
