Cocktail by Mickey Lanza

Ingredients:

2 oz MangoShotta

1 oz Mango Nectar and Jalapeno puree

1 oz Lime Juice

0.5 oz Cointreau

Preparation:

Mango Nectar and Jalapeno puree preparation:

2 oz Jumex Mango Nectar

1 sliced jalapeno

Optional dashes of your preferred spice tincture (Tobasco, Cholula, homemade spice tinctures. This step simply allows the drinker a more flexible and customized spice experience).

Blend in a food processor or blender until well combined, keep seeds and remaining skins in puree.

Cocktail Preparation:

In a shaker tin add the following:

2 oz MangoShotta

1 oz of the Mango Nectar and Jalapeno puree

1 oz of lime juice and

0.5 oz of Cointreau.

Add ice and shake for at least 10 seconds.

Double strain over crushed ice into a Collins glass.

Garnish with 2 jalapeno slices on top.

Garnish:

1-2 Jalapeno slices

Ingredients:

1 oz MangoShotta

0.5 oz Pineapple Juice

0.5 oz Sunkist

Preparation:

Cocktail Preparation:

In a shaker tin add the following:

1 oz MangoShotta

0.5 oz Pineapple Juice

Add ice and shake for at least 10 seconds.

Strain into a mini coupe or shotglass.

Top with 0.5 oz Sunkist.

Garnish with a lime twist on the rim.
