Cocktail by Tim Peters
Ingredients:
1.5oz Mango Shotta
.5oz Platinum 10x Vodka
.25oz Tangerine Juice
.25oz Pineapple Juice
.25oz Sweet and Sour
Preparation:
In a shaker with ice, add in all ingredients. Shake vigorously for 10 shakes. Strain over large square ice cube into a rocks glass and garnish with dehydrated orange on the rim of the glass.
Garnish:
Dehydrated Orange Wheel

Rocks Glass "Old-Fashioned"

Shooter by Tim Peters
Ingredients:
1oz Mango Shotta
.5oz Absolute Citron
.25oz Tangerine Juice
Preparation:
Rim shot glass with Tajin.
In a shaker with light ice, add in all ingredients. Shake lightly for 3-5 shakes to chill. Strain into a shot glass and garnish with small lime wedge on rim of shot glass.

Tajin rim, Lime Wedge
