Ingredients:

1oz Mango Shotta

.75oz San Cosme Mezcal

.75oz Heirloom Yellow Genepy

.5oz lime

Preparation:

Add all ingredients to shaker tin with ice. Shake for 7-10 seconds. Double strain into rose shaped coupe glass. Trim orange peel and garnish in side of glass

Garnish:

Trimmed orange peel on side of glass

Rose shaped coupes glass

Ingredients:

.75oz Mango Shotta

.75oz Jeppsons Malort

Preparation:

Add all ingredients to shaker tin with ice. Shake for 5 seconds and strain into shot glass. Mist orange oil from orange peel on top of shotter

Garnish:

Orange oil

Rattan shot glass
