Cocktail by Luke Hamilton
Ingredients:
1oz Mango Shotta
1oz Tequila
.75oz acid adjusted orange juice
.75oz tumeric shrub
1egg white
Preparation:
Add all the ingredients into a shaker tin, connect the tin and dry shake. Add ice and shake, double strain into a coupe.
Tumeric shrub Y=4L
3L water
1L White Wine Vinegar
8C white sugar
4T tumeric
1T mustard seeds
Add all ingredients to a pot and bring to boil. Remove from the heat and let it steep for 15 minutes. Strain, into an airtight container. Label and date, holds for 6 months.
Acid Adjusted Orange Juice
1 liters orange Juice
32 grams citric acid
Combine the acid and juice and stir to combine. Place in bottle for use.

.5oz mezcal
Preparation:
Add all ingredients into a shaker tin with ice. Double strain into a shot glass.
