
A Mango Matter
Cocktail by Christina Mercado
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Mango Shotta
1 oz Mango-Orange Juice
0.25 oz Lemon juice
3 oz lager
Mango Salt*
5:1 ratio of sea salt to freeze dried mango. Pulse/grind to combine.
Preparation:
– rim highball glass with mango salt
– shake mango shotta and juices with ice to chill
– pour lager into a highball glass, then strain cocktail base over it and stir 3 times

Shotta Sunrise
Shooter by Christina Mercado
Ingredients:
1 oz Mango Shotta
0.5 oz rum chatta
0.5 oz orange juice
Preparation:
Shake all ingredients and strain into chilled shot glass
Garnish with cinnamon
Garnish:
Cinnamon Powder (can be flamed for effect!)

2 oz shot glass
