Cocktail by Mark Drummond

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz mango shoota

1/2 egg white

1/2oz lime

1/2 oz cucumber water

1/2 oz jalapeno syrup

Preparation:

Put all ingredients in tin with without ice shake it add ice shake again and then strain into a coupe glass

Garnish:

Tajin cherriesa wrapped around cucumber peel

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz mango shoota

1/4 cherry juice

Splash of soda

Frozen jalapeno, cherry and tajin

Preparation:

Shake mango shoot and cherry juice pour in shot class tajin covered cheery and frozen jalapeno grated

Garnish:

Cherry in tajin and jalapeno shaving frozen
