Mango Blaze

Cocktail by Evgeny Anisimov

Ingredients:

1oz Mango Shotta

0.5 oz Montelobos Mezcal

0.75 oz Amaro Nonino

0.5 oz lemon juice

Preparation:

Add all ingredients in a mixing tin. Add ice. Shake well. Double strain in Nick and Nora glass rimmed with a tajin. Garnish with orange peel and a flower.

Garnish:

Orange peel and edible flowers. Tajin mustashe.

Ingredients:

1oz Mango Shotta

0.5 oz Caravella limoncello

0.75 oz lemon juice

Preparation:

Rim one side of the shot glass with tajin. Add all ingredients into a shaker. Add ice. Shake well. Pour into a shot glass.

Garnish:

Tajin rim

Glassware:

Old fashioned or a shot glass
