Cocktail by Tara Gillum

Ingredients:

2 oz Mango Shotta

1 teaspoon of sugar

1 large mango diced

1 oz lime sour (50/50 lime cordial and lime juice)

Prosecco float

Preparation:

Make the Granita a head of time. This recipe makes one.

in a blender add your Mango Shotta, lime sour, sugar, and Mango and blend until it is the consistency of a smoothie (if your fruit is not very juicy you may need to add water). In a shallow metal pan pour your mixture and let freeze. Pull the pan out of freezer and use a fork to scrape the icy concoction, it will look more granular than a sorbet. spread it back out, do not smash it back down and freeze again. Once it is frozen, pull it back out and using the same technique as before, add the Granita to a margarita glass. Build the Granita up like a mound and then float the prosecco around it.

Garnish:

Lime wheel and an inverted lattice Mango with tajin

Margarita glass 10 oz

Shotta Colada Shooter

Shooter by Tara Gillum

Ingredients:

1.5 oz Mango Shotta

1 oz Tropical Juice (equal parts pineapple, lime and mango)

.5 oz Real Coconut Puree

Preparation:

Add all of your ingredients together and shake vigorously. Strain into your favorite shot glass and enjoy
