Ingredients:
1.5 oz Mango Shotta
.50 oz Passoã Passion Fruit Liqueur
.25 oz Fresh Mango Puree
.50 oz Fresh Lemon
1 egg white
Garnish: Stylized Angostura Spray
Preparation:
Preparation: Shaken | Coupe Glass
Add ingredients to shaker tin. Dry shake vigorously. Add ice and shake vigorously again. Double strain into chilled coupe glass.
Using an atomizer, spray the top of the cocktail with Angostura bitters and use a toothpick to design.

Ingredients:
.75 oz Mango Shotta
.50 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
1 barspoon Coco-Real
Garnish: li hing mui powder
Preparation:
Preparation: Shaken | Stamper Shot Glass
Add all ingredients into shaker tin with packed with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain cocktail using hawthorn strainer into shot glass.
*note* do not double strain to leave the shooter with a slushie consistency.
