Cocktail by Loni Lewis

Ingredients:

1.5oz Mango Shotta

1oz wasabi apricot nectar

.75oz Lime Juice

2 dashes orange bitters

Fevertree Gingerbeer

Wasabi apricot nectar: combine 1 cup of apricot nectar and 2tsp of 100% wasabi powder and stir together over low heat until wasabi is dissolved.

Preparation:

Add all ingredients except ginger beer to shaker tin, shake with ice, strain into cocktail glass over a large ice cube, top with ginger beer and garnish

Garnish:

Mango Shotta soaked pickled Jalapeño

Ingredients:

1oz Mango Shotta

.5oz Tropical Green Tea Syrup

.5oz lemon Juice

Tropical green tea syrup:

1/4 cup of Real Mixers Passionfruit Purée

1/2 cup of sugar

1.5 cups of green tea

Combine together over medium heat until sugar is dissolved, cool.

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a mixing tin with ice and short shake, strain into a chilled cordial glass.

No garnish
