
Do the Mango Shake!
Cocktail by Zachery Finney
Ingredients:
1.75oz Mango Shotta
.5oz Peach Liqueur
2 oz Mango-Chamoy Sherbet
.75oz Pineapple Syrup
3 dashes Aztec Chocolate Bitters
Preparation:
1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin
2. Fill the shaker tin with ice and shake for about 10-15 seconds, until froth forms on outside of shaker.
3. Double strain though a hawthorne & mesh strainer into a coupe glass
4. Garnish with Dried Chilli Mango

Ingredients:
.5oz Mango Shotta
.5oz Orange Juice
.25oz Tamarindo Syrup
Preparation:
1. Take 2oz shot glass and rim the edge with Chamoy
2. Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin
3. Shake the cocktail for 5-10 seconds, until froth begins to form on outside of tin
4. Strain through a Hawthorne strainer into a 2oz shot glass
