Ingredients:
1.5 oz Mango Shotta, 0.5 oz fresh squeezed lime juice, 0.25 house-made jalapeño syrup, 1 oz float of cava sparkling wine.
Preparation:
In a shaker tin filled with ice, add 1.5 oz of Mango Shotta, 0.5 oz of fresh squeezed lime juice, & 0.25 oz of house made jalapeño syrup. Shake & strain into a coupe, add a 1 oz float of cava sparkling wine & garnish with flowers.

Chilled Xocolatl Shooter

Ingredients:
0.75 oz Mango Shotta, 0.75 oz Grand Marnier, 0.25 oz White Creme de Cacao
Preparation:
In a shaker tin filled with ice, add 0.75 oz of Mango Shotta, 0.75 oz of Grand Marnier, & 0.25 oz of White Creme de Cacao. Shake and strain into a cinnamon sugar rimmed shot glass.
Garnish:
Cinnamon sugar
